Math's Bypass Fat is a 100% vegetable fat source produced from palm oil. By means of a natural process (fractionation) the fatty acids with a melting point of 55-60 ° C are selected from the palm oil. This results in a white powdery product at room temperature. The higher melting point and the proportion of saturated fatty acids ensure that the product passes through the rumen intact and is completely absorbed in the intestine. Math's Bypass Fat is neutral of smell and taste through a refined production process.
